Etihad Airways and Air France – KLM formed a closer partnership in 2023. As per the agreement air France offers direct flights between Paris and Abu Dhabi. Recently Air France has announced that it will discontinue its Abu Dhabi route. to replace it, Etihad Airways is expanding its own services on the Paris – Abu Dhabi route.

from January 15, 2025, Etihad Airways has announced, it will increase its service to Paris. it will offer two daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Paris. By offering more flights more travellers can travel between the two cities.

Between Abu Dhabi and Paris, Etihad Airways operates one daily flight currently.
On November 1, 2024, Etihad will upgrade its flight to an Airbus A380.
As of January 15, 2025, Etihad will add a second daily flight using a Boeing 787-9

Etihad increasing its capacity by offering daily one flight which can carry 371 passengers and the A380 can accommodate around 497 passengers. and also Etihad introducing second daily flight on this way, which can carry 235 passengers.
