Virgin Atlantic and SAS Scandinavian Airlines are gave a statement about the agreement called codeshare. This agreement helps for people who travel to and from important Scandinavian cities.
From next week, Virgin Atlantic and SAS Scandinavian Airlines will start their partnership.
Now passengers can book flights through London Heathrow or Manchester to SAS destinations like Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Stavanger, and Bergen. SAS also connects through Heathrow to Virgin Atlantic destinations like Barbados, Jamaica, the Maldives, Cape Town, and Johannesburg. These connections depend on government approval.

- On September 1, SAS joined the Sky Team. SkyTeam is an alliance of airlines; Virgin Atlantic is the only UK airline in this alliance.
