DOHA, Qatar – Qatar Airways has announced it is operating a reduced flight schedule in and out of Hamad International Airport (Doha) Following the temporary shutdown of Qatari airspace.
Although the commercial operations are officially suspended, the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority has temporarily permitted the airline to fly certain special corridors known as relief corridors. Such flights will be aimed at getting the passengers, who were impacted by the disruption, back home or with their families.

- Reduced Flights/Section: There are A limited number of flights are operating to the major international airports such as London (LHR), Manchester, Paris, New York, Bangkok, and Colombo.
- Check Before You Travel: This is a strict warning to the passengers not to go to the airport unless they are sure that they have a booking with one of these certain flights.
- Booking Options: In the event that you already have a booking that falls between 28 February and 28 March 2026, then you have the right to:
- Complimentary date change (within 14 days of your initial travel date).
- Your unused value on your ticket is refunded.

What is the expected date of full service?
Qatar Airways has also reported that it can only start normal operation after the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority gives the green light that the airspace has been fully and safely opened.
The airline has also stated that it is sorry about inconvenience caused by the above-mentioned circumstances, which it cannot control, and apologised to passengers who have to be patient.
